Experience the soothing power of sound from Ancient Alloys as she brings her full immersion Gong Bath to Asha Yoga. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as waves of vibration from multiple gongs wash over you—calming the mind, balancing the body, and restoring inner harmony.
Rooted in ancient healing traditions, this practice uses sound as medicine—helping to align your energy, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm.
The evening will begin with an introduction by Liz, followed by a 60-minute gong immersion. At the end of the session, you’ll rest in stillness—allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the resonance and gently return to balance.

About Liz: Liz Holland, M.M. is a lifelong percussionist and practitioner of Ancient Alloys, bringing her deep musical background to the transformative art of sound healing. With a Master of Music in Percussion Performance, Liz specializes in the explorative techniques of resonance, vibration, and meditative sound. She has been featured in DRUM! Magazine and Modern Drummer, and she has toured extensively across the United States.
After many years leading an active gong and sound healing practice on the East Coast, Liz now brings her immersive sound experiences to the Pacific Northwest. Based in Seattle, she invites participants to journey inward through the grounding and expansive tones of her gong baths.
