This Yoga series includes three robust 2.5 hour Asana classes & one 2.5 hour Hybrid class, which contains 50% Yoga & 50% Ceremony & Music Healing. The Freedom from Struggle series centers on building Presence & getting the struggle out of our practice. By using our breath, active feet & a relaxed neck, we can create a deeper focus & begin nurturing our best quality of attention. The Freedom from Struggle series includes working with partners in Double Yoga, backbends, inversions & plenty of fun in musical sun salutations with a difference.

Workshop 2:  10:00am-12:30pm  “Taking Action for your Healing” (Backbend class)

Workshop 3: 2:30pm-5:00pm  ““Romance your Spirit with Ceremony & Music” (Hybrid 50% yoga & 50% ceremony & music)

SUNDAY

Workshop 4: 10:00am-12:30pm “Walkabout” (Backbend class)
