Poached and chilled prawns on green leaves served with Marie Rose cocktail sauce
 
Brie En Croute
Melted brie with apricot preserves, wrapped and baked in a crispy golden crust. Candied Pecan and served with seasoned field greens

Cup of Soupe a l’Oignon Gratinée (French Onion Soup)
We use the richest wine, the earthiest meat stock and the best quality onions melted in  butter and olive oil, topped with imported cheese

Ricotta, Mozzarella, Asiago and fresh vegetable zucchini, 
squash, eggplant lasagna and herb marinara topped with Parmesan cheese  

Chicken Crêpe
Homemade egg and flour thin crêpe stuffed with sautéed chicken with a mushroom Mornay sauce, served with green beans and creamy garlic mashed potatoes
 
Hot Melting Burke Manor “Croque Monsieur”
Brioche bread filled with ham, Swiss cheese and creamy Bechamel sauce, baked to oozy and served alongside mini mixed greens


Open Faced Short Rib Ravioli 
Shredded Tender beef braised short rib meat, served on an open-faced Ravioli, dressed with Alfredo Sauce, Sauteed asparagus

Salmon Extraordinaire
Delicious pan-seared fillet of Salmon on a bed of creamy cheese & pea risotto, seafood velouté with sautéed asparagus
