Join local artist Anastasia and I for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you soften, explore, and reconnect with your inner landscape. 🎨✨

We’ll move through intuitive painting, sensory exploration, and gentle guided prompts to awaken creativity and emotional expression. Then we’ll shift into warmth and embodiment with a cozy sauna session, followed by an invigorating cold plunge to reset your mind and body. 🔥❄️

This is a space to be held, to express freely, and to honour the beauty of your body and energy — exactly as you are.
