Born in Scotland, Chef David Coyle spent his honeymoon in 2020 on the Sunshine Coast and promised himself that someday he would call the Coast home. Today, as a Red Seal Chef, David brings warm, soulful, down-to-earth, cooking to the Sunshine Coast Community.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a live demonstration while learning techniques, tips, and creative ways to incorporate ricotta into everyday cooking—then sit back and savour each course.

The menu begins with a light and elegant amuse-bouche: whipped ricotta served with crostini, finished with rosemary, honey, olive oil, and crushed peppercorns. For the main course, enjoy a comforting and classic pasta dish—ricotta-stuffed cannelloni in a rich cherry tomato ragu, layered with herbed ricotta, sweet tomatoes, and fresh basil.

To finish, indulge your sweet tooth with a decadent ricotta tiramisu, featuring espresso and dark chocolate for the perfect balance of creamy and bold flavours.

This intimate culinary experience is perfect for food lovers looking to learn, connect, and enjoy a memorable evening centered around fresh, seasonal ingredients.
