* All bags must be out prior to 6:00am on the day of pick-up
* All leaves, garden residue and cuttings MUST be in biodegradable PAPER bags (NO PLASTIC)
* Bags MUST NOT exceed 40lbs
* Tree trimmings (no larger than 3 inches in diameter and smaller than 48 inches in length) must be tied/bound into manageable bundles
