Welcome, brave souls, to the FIFTH running of the North Ridge Nightmare Trail Race, brought to you by North Park Trail Runners! This ghoulishly good race is packed with Halloween thrills, so get ready for a hauntingly fun time on the trails.  

👻 Race Distances: 
🏃‍♂️ 13K – A terror-filled trek through the trails  
🦇 6.66K – Because what’s a Halloween race without a little wicked fun?  
⏰ Both races start at 9:00 AM  
📍 Packet pickup begins at 7:30 AM  

🎃 Race Swag – Tricks & Treats Await! 🎃  
Every runner will get:  
🍬 A post-race trick-or-treat experience – because you’ve earned your sweets!  
👕 Premium race shirt – guaranteed if you register by September 20th. (We’ll try to conjure up extra shirts for late registrants, but no promises—so sign up early!)  

💀 Run for a Good Cause! 💀  
Proceeds from this eerie adventure benefit Allegheny County Parks—so you can see your support go directly into the trails you love to haunt!

Set against the stunning backdrop of Western PA’s fall foliage, this course is a wicked mix of:

⛰️ Leg-burning climbs
🌀 Technical single-track twists & turns  
👀 Oh, and did we mention it includes part of the “most haunted street in Pittsburgh”? You’ve been warned…
