SAA Baltimore 2025 Open Water Swim

Welcome to the Swim Across America Baltimore Open Water Swim! Swimmers of all ages and skill levels are invited to take part in our annual event at the beautiful High Tide Farm on the Magothy River. Help us fundraise to fight cancer at the Swim Across America Lab at Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
