- **Event Description**: Blurb: Join us on a guided bird walk on Saturday May 16. This event is a free, fun, and easy way for people of all ages and abilities to learn tricks and tips to identify local birds and participate in the Nebraska Birding Bowl. Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided for participants at the Iain Nicolson Audubon Center at Rowe Sanctuary at 8:00am. The bird walk will begin at 8:30 am at the Iain Nicolson Audubon Center at Rowe Sanctuary. 
 
This guided walk will be hosted on Rowe Sanctuary’s hiking trails. Loaner Binoculars and field guides will be available. Participants should dress for the weather and bring along a water bottle to stay hydrated.  It is recommended that participants wear long pants and closed toe shoes.

It’s open to anyone and people who register to participate have the chance of winning amazing prizes like binoculars, bird feeders, and even cash prizes! Sightings are recorded on eBird.
