Formada en Brooklyn, Nueva York, en diciembre de 1994 y conocida por su filosofía positiva, inspiradora y *straight-edge*, el influyente cuarteto presenta nuevo material después de 25 años.

Shutdown ganó relevancia en la escena NYHC (New York Hardcore) al combinar valores de la vieja escuela con sensibilidades musicales modernas. Al inicio de su carrera, se ganó el respeto de leyendas de la escena como Raybeez, de Warzone, y realizó giras internacionales con bandas como Agnostic Front.

Ahora nos presenta "By Your Side" (2025), un EP de seis temas lanzado a través de Equal Vision Records. Se trata del primer material nuevo de la banda desde su segundo LP, "Few and Far Between" (2000).

Para abrir la velada tendremos las actuaciones de Ragebeat, banda de groove hardcore originaria de Bizkaia (con base en Vallekas y raíces en el País Vasco), fuertemente influenciada por la escuela del New York Hardcore (estilo Madball o Terror); y Garena,  cuarteto santurtziarra emergente de la escena punk y hardcore de Bizkaia, estrechamente vinculada al circuito de gaztetxes y salas autogestionadas.
