Si hablamos de bandas que marcaron el camino del thrash metal, Raven es un nombre imprescindible. Los británicos no solo fueron parte esencial de la New Wave of British Heavy Metal, sino que dieron un paso más allá en velocidad, agresividad y energía.

🔥 Con discos fundamentales como Rock Until You Drop (1981) y Wiped Out (1982), Raven imprimió velocidad, actitud salvaje y riffs demoledores que inspiraron directamente a gigantes como Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax u Overkill. De hecho, en 1983, Metallica abrió para ellos en su primera gira nacional en EE. UU., lo que refleja el enorme peso de la banda en la escena.
Su puesta en escena siempre fue salvaje, con una energía desbordante que rompía moldes y conectaba directamente con la esencia del thrash.
