As the season of Thanksgiving begins, we invite you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through an immersive seated sound bath meditation paired with a cozy gratitude tea service and seasonal sweets.

? We will begin the evening with a welcoming tea service to ease into stillness.
?️ Surrounded by gentle illumination, you will then be guided through a deeply restorative sound bath meditation, featuring peaceful sounds of crystal singing bowls designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and center the heart.
? To conclude, enjoy another round of tea and a selection of seasonal bites.
