Basic Chicken Care – from Chicks to Chooks

Learn the basics of chicken care and wellness from bringing home your babies to letting them go outside to play. Topics include options for acquiring chicks, brooder setup, basic anatomy, nutrition and vitamins, and transitioning your chickens to the coop. Basic medical care topics will be discussed including biosecurity, coccidiosis, pasty butt, curled toes, splay leg, and scissor beak.
