What to Expect on Your Journey:
Restorative Practice (with Desarie): We begin with a slow, supported Restorative Yoga sequence. Using props like bolsters and blankets, you'll be guided into comfortable, long-held poses to release deep-seated tension in the body and quiet the mind. This gentle movement prepares your body to truly receive the healing that follows.
Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony (with Lisa): Transition into the sacred space of a Cacao Ceremony led by Lisa Betz-Marquez. Often called the "Food of the Gods," ceremonial cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that elevates your mood, enhances introspection, and fosters a sense of grounded compassion. We will share a warm cup and set intentions for a soulful afternoon.
Harmonic Sound Bath (with Lisa): The journey culminates in a blissful Sound Bath led by Lisa, with her crystal singing bowls, tuned to the seven chakras. Lying in the comfort of Savasana, you will be immersed in the soothing, vibrational frequencies of the bowls. These healing tones wash over the body to regulate the nervous system, promote deep energetic clearing, and settle your intentions into the subconscious.
You will leave feeling softened, uplifted, and deeply connected to your inner peace. All levels are welcome—this is a practice of simply being relaxed and nourished by yoga, plant medicine, and harmonizing sound.
