This interactive training session will help you understanding why people react the way they do & what you can do about it.

โข Recognise various Mental Health illnesses that can contribute to loss of control of emotions.
โข Understand theories that explain the origins of anger, aggression, and violence.
โข Identify healthy coping skills vs marginal coping behaviours.
โข Ability to differentiate between various communication styles.
โข Understand and practice de-escalation techniques.

The workshop has been developed and facilitated by Chantal Bachere-Crinquand, Mental Health Academic at the WA Centre for Rural Health. Chantal brings extensive experience in mental health education, nursing, and counselling, along with a strong background in delivering engaging and trauma-0informed workshops.
