This workshop will help participants develop an awareness of stress and its effects on performance in the workplace, as well as on a personal level.
๐๐๐๐จ ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ฎ ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ 3.5 ๐๐ค๐ช๐ง ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ซ๐ค๐ก๐ซ๐๐จ:
โข Learning about the physical and psychological impacts of the stress
โข Recognising personal stress signals
โข Developing personal coping resources to manage stress more effectively
โข Learning new stress management skills.

This workshop has been developed and is facilitated by WACRHโs Mental Health Academic Chantal Crinquand-Bachere who has extensive experience in facilitating mental health workshops and comes from a background of mental health nursing and counselling.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics reports that 1 in 3 adults suffer from moderate to extreme levels of stress, and workplace stress is now costing Australian employers more than $10 billion per year.
Employers are encouraged to support their employees to attend this workshop.
