Nia Cardio

Participants will learn elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts that, together, increase overall wellbeing of mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you.

Nia Cardio is still suitable for all participant’s as you perform in your Body’s Way!

These drop-in programs are brought to you via the Town of Georgina. Free to Rec Pass holders. Drop-in ($11 + tx) requires registration through the Town of Georgina 905 476 4301 for questions.
