Guest Speaker: Jared Big Canoe

Jared Big Canoe is a Coldwater Ojibwe artist, musician, cultural educator, and entrepreneur from Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation. Deeply rooted in Anishinaabe teachings, his work blends traditional knowledge with contemporary expression through music, art, and community workshops. He is the founder of Big Canoe Indigenous Market, a platform dedicated to uplifting Indigenous artists, culture, and healing, and is committed to creating spaces that foster cultural pride, education, and connection.
 
Jared will be sharing the ways in his life that he has been shown that spirit is around us all the time. He will also tell stories of the spirits that are in the forest, and will bring his drum too! Please bring your open mind, your curiosity, friendship and support, as well as your questions!
 
There is never a cost to attend the meeting, and we encourage you to bring a friend or two. There is always something new to learn, discuss, and share. The Georgina Paranormal Society public meetings are a safe, non-judgmental space to share your experiences and thoughts on the paranormal and beyond.
 
We will be collecting donations for Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge in Pefferlaw at the meeting. There is a wish list below to refer to. Anything you can donate is so very greatly appreciated, and will be delivered directly to Shades of Hope.
