This is the second of a brand-new monthly Women’s Empowerment Series. It is a space designed for strength, confidence, connection, and community! 

Each month, Elizabeth’s Village will host a different empowerment-focused experience — from yoga and pilates to wellness workshops, mindset conversations, self-defense, brunch gatherings, and more. Every event will highlight movement, meaningful connection, and all things women empowerment.

After the class, we’ll continue the experience with brunch and community time — a chance to connect with other women, build relationships, and pour into yourself in a supportive, uplifting environment.

All proceeds support Elizabeth’s Village, helping us continue providing safe shelter, advocacy, and life-changing services for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Come empower and be empowered.
