You could start your self care day outdoors by trying a yoga session from 2:00-3:00 pm. Part of our Yoga Under Trees Program on alternate Sundays in spring/summer in the open-sided Pavilion. Bring a mat and water bottle. Please register using the store link for the Yoga, $5.00 registration fee. Accepting donations to help further support the upkeep of the Ecology Centre.
