Sourdough Masterclass with Sanctuary Holistic Kitchen

Have you always been intrigued by sourdough and the whole process? Do you love baking bread, but would like to learn sourdough skills?! You will love this comprehensive class! We will get into the whole “alchemy” of sourdough, care in maintaining a starter, mixing, strategic shaping, baking, tasting, and more! Your educator, Natalie has worked on fine-tuning this wonderful skill for years. Bring your sourdough questions!

The (four-hour) class will include educational instruction & tips, mixing your dough, baking, snacking on / making yummy sauces & dips, and just an all-around good time! You are welcome to bring beer, wine, or cocktail of your choice. You will be leaving with your sourdough starter, freshly-baked organic sourdough bread, a jar of dipping sauce, instructional notes, banneton proofing basket, etc.

This Masterclass by Sanctuary Holstic Kitchen will be held at the Sugar Mommy's Classroom / Kitchen space in Georgetown, Texas. Bring your friends (maybe your wine) and enjoy ths special event together!
