- **Event Description**: Join us for an incredible trip down the iconic Rubicon Trail. Minimum requirement's for 4 doors. 35" tires, winch, recovery gear and 1 locker. 2 doors 33" tires, winch, recovery gear and 1 locker. This is a multi day trip with an over night stay in Georgetown Ca. Spots are limited so only respond going if you can actually make the trip. All rigs must be in excellent mechanical condition. All drivers must be prepared to be on trail for 2 or 3 long days. The Rubicon is relentless if you have a weak link on your rig the Rubicon will find it. We will be camping on the trail for 2 nights. The weather can be very cold at night and very warm during the day. You must be self sufficient with food,  water and camping gear. This will be our 10th trip down this iconic trail. I prefer that you drive your rig to Georgetown as trailering can be problematic as to where to leave the trailer and how to get back to the trailer. It can be done but it will take extra planning on your part. If you have any questions you can post them here or DM me for more details. This is a bucket list trip for sure. I have not done this trail 9 times because it sucks. Its amazing mix of scenery and challenging obstacles keeps people coming back again and again. The great thing about doing this trail in September is no one else is on the trail and we get our choice of great camping spots at Buck Island and Rubicon Springs.
