His career spans decades at the highest levels, including serving as the personal photographer to President George H.W. Bush and later as Director of the White House Photo Office, where he documented history across all 50 states and more than 75 countries. Beyond his national work, David is deeply committed to serving the Georgetown community. He currently serves as Vice President of the Board for The Williamson Museum and is the Former Chairman of the Georgetown Arts and Culture Board.
