Children should come dressed for play in the woods.The day will include movement, lighting the fire ceremony, meditation, and music. We will eat lunch together picnic style (bring your lunch, a chair, and blanket). Dress warmly and in layers as the temperature may vary throughout the day.There is optional camping overnight. Should you choose to camp, bring your own camping equipment and food for dinner and breakfast. There will be a group of us camping so feel free to join.
