Join us under the illuminating energy of the Full Snow Moon for a deeply nourishing sound bath designed to help you slow down, release what no longer serves you, and return to a state of inner calm.
This winter moon invites rest, reflection, and gentle renewal. Allow yourself an hour to be held in soothing vibrations as sound, breath, and intention guide you into deep relaxation and energetic clearing.
🌕 What to Expect:
• A guided grounding to arrive fully in your body
• Immersive sound healing using crystal bowls, chimes, Gongs and other instruments
• Moon-centered intention setting and energetic release
• A calming, restorative atmosphere to support nervous system reset
🧺 What to Bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and/or pillow for extra coziness
• Water
• An open heart and willingness to rest
