An opportunity to learn about your pelvic floor muscles and what they do for you every day. General information presentation from a Physical Therapist trained in Pelvic Health, followed by a Q&A. We will cover a wide range of pelvic health related topics including (but not limited to) pregnancy, age-related changes, endometriosis, overactive bladder and constipation. This event is free and open to the public!

Meet the Speaker: Alexandra Court, PT, DPT, Clinic Director
• Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, College of William and Mary 
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Trine University 
• Experienced in joint replacement rehabilitation, return to sport, 
treating running injuries, neurological rehab, geriatrics, fall prevention 
and pelvic health 
• Clinical interest in treating pelvic health for all patient populations
