We are looking forward to gathering with you at the next meeting of the End Poverty in Georgetown Coalition at Friendship Place. We believe in the possibilities that emerge when we come together, and we want to follow up with you to listen and move us all forward.

In February, we held a Community Conversation, hosted by the Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation, called "Is There Enough for Everybody in Georgetown?" From that Community Conversation, a small group of individuals decided to work together to create action to end poverty in Georgetown, South Carolina. We met again virtually on March 5. Our next step, which emerged from that meeting, is to gather on the West End of Front Street, inviting people impacted by poverty, nonprofit workers, faith and lay leaders, and community citizens to join this coalition and help us move towards action. We will meet on Saturday, May 9, from 12 PM-2 PM at Friendship Place, 1423 Front Street, Georgetown, SC. Lunch will be provided. Please register online.
