BTS: Beyond the Street Workshop
Stepping into a supervisory role can be one of the biggest transitions in a public safety career. Beyond the Street (BTS) is a two-day workshop designed for new supervisors who are now leading personnel they once worked alongside.
Through a mix of lectures, case studies and role-playing exercises, participants will gain practical tools to navigate the challenges of field supervision, build credibility and earn the respect of the teams they supervise.
This workshop provides an introduction to real-world supervisory situations and strategies that help new leaders succeed both on and off the street.
