SWIRL: Bold Bottles from the Cape

We’re popping the cork on Pinotage, a proudly South African invention and the perfect braai pairing. Just a few kilometres from the ocean, Cape Point vineyards are among the most southerly on the continent and produce some of the best crisp cool-climate Sauvignon Blancs in the world. From the robust Bordeaux-style blends of Stellenbosch to the Burgundian-styled Pinot Noir in Walker Bay, enjoy five tastings spanning the Cape’s most iconic terroirs, paired with canapés.
