✅ Red book if you are a regular blood donor

1. Eat a light meal and drink water before you come
2. Avoid hard exercise right before and after donating
3. Wear sleeves that roll above the elbow
4. If you are unwell, recently had a procedure, or are on certain medicines, speak to the screening team

✅ Final eligibility is decided on the day by the HPP Blood Bank medical team
✅ Set aside 45–60 minutes for screening, donation, and a short rest
✅ Join the Afternoon Health Talk with Dr. Donald (2:00 pm – 2:45 pm). Open to donors, family, and friends
✅ Collect your goodie bag after donating
