# Event Details - **Event Name**: Vlerick Digital Transformation Club: Future Business Models & Organizations - **Event Start and End Date**: Mon, 05 Oct, 2026 at 06:00 pm – Mon, 05 Oct, 2026 at 11:00 pm (+02:00) - **Event Description**: C-level leadership exchange on people, technology, change & strategic advantage.About this EventTHE FUTURE BUSINESS MODELS & ORGANIZATIONS C-Level Leadership Exchange on people, technology, change and strategic advantage5 October 2026 | 18:00 | Wintercircus, Ghent | Language: EnglishAudience: C-level executives, senior business and technology leaders, transformation leaders, Vlerick alumni and other senior decision-makers.Club Partners: NTT DATA and Dynamate. The organization of the future is not a prediction. It is being built today. While many companies are still debating AI policies, some leaders are already redesigning their organization around AI, data and automation - not as a risk to contain or a disruption to survive, but as a strategic acceleration towards an AI-native, data-driven enterprise. On 5 October, the Vlerick Digital Transformation Club puts six of those leaders on stage - contrasting sectors, contrasting companies, contrasting C-level roles - around one honest question: what are you actually doing today, and what are you deliberately not doing yet?THE QUESTIONS ON THE TABLE• Who will work alongside AI agents in your organization - and what does that mean for the people in your teams?• What happens to the role of domain experts when expertise becomes abundant?• Where do junior profiles fit when AI absorbs the entry-level work - and how do you grow tomorrow's seniors without it?• Which skills will your organization need in three years, and how do you organize mobility towards them?• Which processes must be redesigned end-to-end to become data-driven and AI-native - and which are better left alone?• How do you move fast on all of this while retaining trust, accountability and sound judgment?NO SLIDES. NO KEYNOTES.Three focused 20-minute mini-discussions, each pairing two C-level leaders from very different worlds followed by a 40’ plenary discussion. The contrasts are real: different industry dynamics, different constraints and boundaries, a different workforce and talent reality. The point is not who is right - many roads lead to Rome. The value lies in understanding why these leaders make different choices, which circumstances shape those choices, and what is already working in practice.Prof. Stijn Viaene of Vlerick Business School then connects the patterns in a 40-minute plenary exchange - with the room, not just the stage - and distils the best of both worlds into insights you can act on.WHY ATTEND?• See what the organization of the future looks like in practice, from leaders who are building it today.• Compare real choices, actions and trade-offs across industries - not theory or frameworks.• Sharpen your own agenda on agents, domain experts, junior talent, future skills and mobility.• Take home actionable insights you can apply in your own organization tomorrow - plus a stronger executive peer network.Wintercircus Ghent provides a fitting setting for the exchange: an iconic story of reinvention where technology, creativity and human connection come together. Networking is designed as part of the learning experience - not as an afterthought. An evening where the future of organizations is not predicted, but shaped through shared perspective and honest dialogue.Places are limited.
