Zijn jullie klaar om de zwaartekracht uit te dagen? Schud die beentjes alvast maar los, want we gaan een avondje touwtjesspringen! 

Op 26 februari toveren we de tuin om tot een zone van pure energie en zwiepende touwen. Of je nu de conditie van een marathonloper hebt of al buiten adem bent na het trappenlopen: iedereen is welkom!

We gaan niet zomaar wat op en neer huppelen. We dagen je uit om je grenzen te verleggen met een paar klassieke (en minder klassieke) moves zoals: double under, speed step, criss-cross, toad of zelfs een dubbele criss-cross.
Geen zorgen als je touw momenteel vaker je eigen enkels raakt dan de grond; zijn we er om je te helpen. Dus kom zeker langs want het wordt een avond vol adrenaline, gelach en waarschijnlijk een klein beetje spierpijn de volgende dag.
Breng je sportiefste humeur en een paar stevige schoenen mee. Wij zorgen voor de vibes en de touwen!

Dear Vermeylen members and supporters,

Are you ready to challenge gravity? Start loosening up those legs, because we’re heading for an evening of jump rope fun!

On February 26, we’ll transform the garden into a zone of pure energy and whirling ropes. Whether you have the stamina of a marathon runner or are already out of breath after climbing the stairs: everyone is welcome!

We won’t just be hopping up and down. We’ll challenge you to push your limits with some classic (and less classic) moves such as the double under, speed step, criss-cross, toad, or even a double criss-cross.
No worries if your rope currently hits your own ankles more often than the ground; we’re here to help. So be sure to stop by — it will be an evening full of adrenaline, laughter, and probably a little muscle soreness the next day.

Bring your most sporty mood and a pair of sturdy shoes. We’ll take care of the vibes and the ropes!
