In daily life you might have encountered disconnection in your relationship due to various reasons. One of them are our inner defense mechanisms that block our connection with our partner. You might recognize yourself reacting from hurt and using harsh words maybe regretting it afterwards. The Relationship Lab offers a sacred space for couples to rediscover the profound connection that exists between them—emotionally physically and spiritually. We will playfully reconnect slow down and build trust so you’ll become aware of these patterns and learn how to stay calm in challenging situations.

Veronique and Robert will guide the group through an evening of deep connection. By stepping away from the distractions of daily life you create space to immerse yourself in an experience of genuine presence and intimacy. In this nurturing and respectful environment you'll have the opportunity to explore new pathways of communication trust and closeness all while holding space for one another’s growth and desires. Together we will explore how to embrace authenticity and vulnerability practicing in a safe space either in pairs or with the group. You’ll experience what it means to give and receive empathy and to trust fully. Through carefully guided practices you will be invited to deepen your bond nurture your relationship and create a sense of harmony that resonates on all levels.
