- Kiri Cambell - European Environmental Bureau & School of Moral Ambition
- Basile Peeters - Student representative on UGent’s Board of Governors 
- Dr Annelies Moons - Doctor & Nutrition expert

We will delve into the advantages of plant-based diets, the current policies and obstacles for sustainable catering at UGent, and provide tips on the role of students in shaping the future of food at university.
