Een Antara Sound Journey duurt een hele namiddag en avond.

We beginnen om 13 uur met aankomen in de ruimte waarbij je individueel begeleid wordt om rustig jouw plekje te kiezen in de zaal. Je krijgt alle tijd om volledig te landen, en zo alles wat je niet meer nodig hebt, even te parkeren. Volledige aanwezig in het hier en nu. De eerste laag stress en spanning kan zo langzaam wegebben dankzij de gezamenlijke stilte, een begeleide meditatie en het intuïtief bewegingsmoment.

In helderheid en rust zetten we vervolgens jouw intentie uit waarin jij afstemt op wat jij nodig hebt, wat jij voor jezelf mag vragen of manifesteren.

Nadien beginnen we aan de klankreis.
Je wordt uitgenodigd om comfortabel op je matje je ogen te sluiten voor het samenkomen, samenzijn en verbinden. Verbinden met jezelf en met je omgeving, begeleid door de klanken en vibraties van de instrumenten.

De bestemming en het doel van deze innerlijke reis bepaal jij.

Een diepe meditatieve staat of het toelaten van intense emoties, vermoeidheid of visualisaties zijn maar enkele van de ervaringen die je kan tegenkomen. De veilige, warme en ondersteunende setting van de sound journey in combinatie met een open bewustzijn, helpt je om sterker jouw realisaties te doorleven, voelen en integreren.

De pure krachtige klanken en trillingen harmoniseren en ordenen je lichaam. Zo komen spanningen en blokkades los en wordt het zelfgenezend vermogen van je lichaam en de doorstroming van energie bevorderd. Dit cultiveert een meer innerlijke harmonie op zowel het fysieke als het mentaal-emotionele lichaam.

We sluiten de dag af met een sharing ronde en een verbinding moment gevolgd door een heerlijke vegetarische maaltijd met verse dranken en thee.

What to expect?
An Antara Sound Journey lasts a whole afternoon and evening.
It promises to be a special day!

We start at 13 o'clock by arriving in the room where you will be individually guided to quietly choose your spot in the room. You will be given plenty of time to fully land in your body, parking everything you no longer need for a while. Fully present in the here and now. The first layer of stress and tension can slowly melt away thanks to the communal silence, a guided meditation and the intuitive movement moment.

Then, in clarity and peace, we set your intention in which you tune in to what you need, what you can ask or manifest for yourself.
Afterwards we start the sound journey.
You are invited to close your eyes comfortably on your mat for coming together, being together and connecting. Connecting with yourself and your surroundings, guided by the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.

The destination and purpose of this inner journey is up to you.

A deep meditative state or admitting intense emotions, fatigue or visualisations are just some of the experiences you may encounter. The safe, warm and supportive setting of the sound journey, combined with an open consciousness, helps you to live, feel and integrate your realisations more strongly.

The pure powerful sounds and vibrations harmonise and order your body. This releases tensions and blockages and promotes your body's self-healing capacity and the flow of energy. This cultivates a more inner harmony on both the physical and mental-emotional body.

We end the day with a sharing round and a connection moment followed by a delicious vegetarian meal with fresh drinks and tea.

À quoi s’attendre?
Un voyage sonore Antara dure toute une après-midi et une soirée.
Cette journée promet d'être exceptionnelle !

Nous commençons à 13h en arrivant dans la chambre où vous serez guidé individuellement pour choisir tranquillement votre place dans la chambre. Vous aurez tout le temps de vous poser dans votre corps, de vous débarrasser de tout ce dont vous n'avez plus besoin pendant un certain temps. Soyez pleinement présent dans l'ici et le maintenant. La première couche de stress et de tension peut fondre lentement grâce au silence collectif, à une méditation guidée et à un moment de mouvement intuitif.
Ensuite, dans la clarté et la paix, nous définissons votre intention dans laquelle vous vous mettez à l'écoute de ce dont vous avez besoin, de ce que vous pouvez demander ou manifester pour vous-même.

Ensuite, nous commençons le voyage sonore.
Vous êtes invité à fermer les yeux confortablement sur votre tapis pour vous réunir, être ensemble et vous connecter. Se connecter à soi-même et à son environnement, guidé par les sons et les vibrations des instruments.
La destination et le but de ce voyage intérieur vous appartiennent.

Un état méditatif profond ou l'acceptation d'émotions intenses, de fatigue ou de visualisations ne sont que quelques-unes des expériences que vous pouvez rencontrer. Le cadre sûr, chaleureux et favorable du voyage sonore, associé à une conscience ouverte, vous aide à vivre, à ressentir et à intégrer plus fortement vos prises de conscience.

Les vibrations et les sons purs et puissants harmonisent et ordonnent votre corps. Ils libèrent les tensions et les blocages et favorisent la capacité d'autoguérison du corps et la circulation de l'énergie. Cela permet de cultiver une plus grande harmonie intérieure, tant sur le plan physique que mental et émotionnel.

Nous terminons la journée par une ronde de partage et un moment de connexion, suivis d'un délicieux repas végétarien accompagné de boissons fraîches et de thé.
