We Can Lead Change, Indivisible Fox Valley Rising and Batavia Township Democrats are teaming up to collect food and supplies for the Aurora and Batavia food pantries.

There are two sites where you can drop off your donations:

United Methodist Church of Geneva 
211 Hamilton (parking lot behind)
Geneva IL  60134

Congregational Church of Batavia
21 South Batavia Avenue (parking lot)
Batavia, IL   60510


Food items:

Canned fruit
Ready to eat soup (any kind)
Boxed potatoes (any kind)
Oatmeal
Rice
Pasta
Canned tuna or chicken
Dried or canned beans
Pancake and baking mixes (cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.)
Granola bars
Juice boxes
Peanut butter
Jelly
Baby food

Household needs:

Shampoo
Conditioner
Deodorant
Toothpaste
Paper towels
Tall kitchen garbage bags
Disposable razors (women's and men's)
Tissues
Tampons & Pads
Diapers (all sizes)
Baby wipes


With the federal budget cutting SNAP, millions of Illinois residents are at risk of losing food assistance and families in crisis.  Local pantries are preparing for a significant increase in individuals and families in need — and they need our help.
