The Perimenopause Posse is a welcoming community where we laugh, vent, learn, and navigate this season of life together. 

Join us twice a month for honest conversations with women who get it, plus quarterly talks from local experts who can help answer your questions and provide practical guidance.

Date: Starts on July 6th (and meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month)
