The complete Tour du Mont Blanc or TMB is one of the most popular long-distance treks in Europe through France, Italy and Switzerland. It circles the Mont Blanc massif covering roughly 170 km with 10,000 m of ascent/descent in a complete loop that takes 11-13 days. Hiking the complete Tour du Mont Blanc loop is no easy feat involving more elevation gain than the height of Everest!
It is also the route of an annual mountain marathon UTMB in which the winner normally covers the entire distance in less than 24 hours. Each year, 20,000 hikers follow the loop around Mont Blanc - Europe's highest mountain.
We will be trekking between & staying in a combination of traditional villages, guest houses, mountain huts dorms, private rooms & hotels - some are simple & basic right next to nature. The lodging offers a charming and friendly atmosphere in a mountainous area.

Our is a condensed route selecting the scenic sections. We'll trek & complete close to 90+ km over 6 incredible days. Yes, we will still cover France, Italy and Switzerland.
Lac Blanc is a high-altitude mountain lake, surrounded by rocks and accessed by many different hiking trails. The calm clear waters create the perfect mirror image of Mont Blanc and the snowy peaks on the opposite side of the valley. Lac Blanc is a particular favourite of ours as it offers so many different perspectives of the Mont Blanc Massif and demonstrates some of the most beautiful alpine colours, changing all year round.
𝑯𝙤𝒘 𝒅𝙞𝒇𝙛𝒊𝙘𝒖𝙡𝒕 𝒊𝙨 𝙩𝒉𝙞𝒔 𝒕𝙧𝒆𝙠? How fit do I need to be?
This is manageable for active mountain walkers who can walk for between 5h and 8h per day along a long-distance trail. It will greatly help your enjoyment of the trek to arrive fit at the start, used to walks of similar distance and height gain to those that you are about to face.

Ans: No, altitude sickness generally can occur at heights over 3000 meters & all the passes are below this.

A few weeks before the walk, jogging, running, swimming, and leg exercises would be excellent physical training to prepare yourself for the trek.

►Trip leader TS CHUA & Licensed Mountains Guide Fees: 6 days fully guided by a qualified mountain leader, supported hiking with daily baggage transfer & meals.
►7 nights’ accommodation -> 3 nights in twin-share hotel/cabins, 4 nights dorm style in huts/refuge/hostel. Some nights may need to be mixed rooms among our group. All are booked & fixed.
►Food & Water: All meals are included when the trek starts to the breakfast on the departing day.
►Celebration dinner on the last day of the trek back to Chamonix hotel
►One-way Geneva airport group pickup to Chamonix
►Daily Baggage transport between accommodations (6 transfers), Hard luggage will be stored in Chamonix

29 Jun Day 1: Arrival & Airport group transfer to Chamonix. Check into Lodge, guide briefing. Relax at the hotel or go for a stroll in the town.
Day 2 to Day 7: 6 incredible trek on different sides of Mont Blanc.
6 July Day 8: Leaving day
We enjoy breakfast together and say goodbye before checking out of the hotel. The trip package ends after breakfast.
Please note that as pointed out before, some accommodation on the TMB is comfortable but basic. The highlight here is the fully alpine mountain experience of staying in remote places with great views.
