About the event

Mother Circle
Mother Circle at Yoga Sisterhood
March 18 – May 6
Tuesdays | 5:30–6:45 PM
Motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
Mother Circle is an eight-week gathering for women who are mothering in any season — newborn days, school years, identity shifts, or somewhere in between. This is a space to exhale. To be honest. To be witnessed. To remember yourself.
Inside the circle, you can expect:
• Grounded nervous system support
• Guided conversation around matrescence + identity
• Space to speak without comparison
• Somatic practices to reconnect to your body
• Real community with women walking alongside you
No small talk. No pressure to perform.
Just truth and connection.
We keep this circle intentionally intimate so that trust can build and every voice has space. If you’ve been craving deeper support, this is your invitation.
Enrollment is now open for our next round beginning March 18 at Yoga Sisterhood.
Click “Going” or “Interested,” then head to the registration link to read the full class description and secure your spot.
You deserve support in this season.
The circle is waiting.
