- **Event Description**: A 2 day Nonviolent Communication Workshop

A foundation of our happiness is deep connection. This experiential NVC workshop cultivates self-awareness so we can show ourselves authentically and create safety for others to do the same.
The quality of our relationships is at the heart of how we thrive in life. When we share a beautiful intimacy and love, our personal or family life is nourishing for everyone. At work, when there is flow with our colleagues and a sense of being together with a purpose, everyone is more productive and creative.
So what are the essential elements that enhance deep human connection?

Presence
Empathy
Authenticity
Vulnerability
Boundaries
Mutuality
Gratitude
With practical exercises, role plays, and deep centering, we will develop awareness and capacity to bring these qualities to life within ourselves and in all our important connections. This workshop is for those who want to live their deeper purpose in how they relate, every day.
