Soup | Truffle Parmesan Cream & Josh Cellars Reserve North Coast Chardonnay
-White cream of parmesan drizzled with truffle oil and garnished with sliced black truffle.

Salad | Classic Frisee, Soft Poached Egg and Lardons & Josh Cellars Reserve Santa Barbara Pinot Noir
-A french bistro favorite with crisp frisee greens, a perfectly poached egg, savory lardons.

Entree | Herb Roasted Pork Belly Porchetta & Josh Cellars Reserve Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
-A crispy exterior with a juicy interior.

Dessert | Dark Chocolate Cabernet Sauvignon Ganache & Josh Cellars Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon
