This includes, but is not limited to, sports bras without a covering shirt, very short shorts, and clothing with offensive graphics or text. 3. Participants are prohibited from running barefoot or wearing slippers/sandals. 4. Participants must pin their assigned race bib visibly on the front of their shirt throughout the run. Participants without a race bib will not be allowed to start. 5. Participants must exhibit good sportsmanship and respect race marshals, volunteers, and fellow runners at all times. III. Race Day Procedure and Safety 1. Participants should assemble at the designated starting area (to be announced) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled race start for briefing and warm-up. 2. A mandatory warm-up session led by an assigned instructor will be conducted before the race begins. 3. Participants must strictly follow the designated race route and any instructions given by the race marshals. Cutting the course or deviating from the path is grounds for disqualification. 4. Hydration stations will be strategically placed along the route. Participants are encouraged to stay hydrated. 5. First-Aid personnel will be available at the start/finish line and along the route to address any immediate medical needs. 6. In the event of a medical emergency or distress, participants must stop immediately and seek assistance from the nearest race marshal or first-aid station. 7. Littering is strictly prohibited. Participants should dispose of water cups and trash in designated bins at the hydration stations. IV. Disqualification and Race Completion 1. Any participant found violating these mechanics and guidelines, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct, will be immediately disqualified from the race. 2. To be considered an official finisher, a participant must cross the finish line and have their race bib recorded by the race officials. 3.
