We’re opening a second edition of our Aerial, Calisthenics & Movement Retreat, this time closer to home ✨

Designed for those who want a short escape from the city or a deeper immersive experience in nature, this retreat invites you to move, reconnect, and recharge.

Set in the unique and peaceful surroundings of La Kavalerie, a space surrounded by nature and grounded in a powerful, calming energy, this retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

It will be a mix of aerial silks, calisthenics, movement flows, hand balancing, mobility and strength training, all focused on exploring the body, building skills, and enjoying a strong mind–body connection in a playful atmosphere.
