Together We Thrive - Session Three "Play"

Get moving and have fun together with games, laughter and playful stretching! This inclusive session encourages connection through shared movement, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Enjoy a joyful, energising morning designed for carers and their children.

These sessions are ideal for children aged 8+, but all ages are welcome. Bookings include one adult and one child. As this is a shared experience, your active involvement is essential. A 1:1 adult-to-child ratio ensures your child is safe and supported throughout.
Need to bring a second child? Just get in touch to chat with us.

Please wear comfortable clothes for moving and playing, and bring a water bottle.
