Sound baths are healing and nurturing experiences -  allowing you to deeply release into rest, relaxation and inner peace by  immersing with instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, bio-sonic tuning forks, shamanic drumming, and voice. 
Participants usually lay still and supported on the floor, and let the waves of sound wash over them, with the intent of bringing the highest sense of well-being, peace, rest and relaxation.

It’s a gentle reconfiguration of the body & mind, and energy to more positive and relaxed states of being.

The vibrations and frequencies created in Sound Baths calms our
often over-stimulated nervous systems and also re-balances the energy body. Sound bathing works on both the physical body and the energy body and mind, to help heal depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia, to restore an inner balance and calm and spark creativity.
