- **Event Description**: FREE FOR Carers - please come along and join our inclusive program for carers. I know it hard to find the time as a carer so our sessions are 2 hrs each week for 7 weeks. We hope you can come to all but its ok if you can only make the sessions you can fit into your lives. 
The program is designed for you to be a place to have a break, meet new people, learn new information, take part in engaging and relaxing activities. 

Share with your friends, neighbours, family any person you know if a carer and needs some time for them. 
We have an enjoyable lunch together as well......
