Featuring a range of different ingredients, including our local Industry partner Jade Tiger Abalone’s product being showcased on the menu for the evening.Meanwhile, the Diploma students will ensure all your service and drink needs are taken care of throughout the evening with a welcome drink on arrival, and showcasing the skills and knowledge they have been perfecting over their Gordon journey.Tickets are $49 per adult and $25 per child for the delicious 3-course grazing menu, with drinks available at bar prices.Please be aware that The Gordon is a training kitchen that utilises various ingredients, some of which may contain traces of allergens. Kindly inform us of any special dietary needs when making your reservation.
