Średniowieczny Jarmark Świętego Jakuba nawiązuje do historii Lęborka, który leży na szlaku pielgrzymkowym Camino de Santiago. Jest to trzydniowe wydarzenie plenerowe, które odwołuje się do udokumentowanego po raz pierwszy w 1429 roku odpustu Świętego Jakuba Apostoła Starszego w Lęborku.

Jarmark zaplanowano w obrębie starego miasta i zrewitalizowanych średniowiecznych obwarowań Lęborka, gdzie rozłożone zostaną repliki średniowiecznych straganów, rozbite zostaną rekonstrukcje namiotów historycznych i przedstawiane będą rekonstrukcje rzemiosł dawnych.
