Grupa Blues-rockowa grająca już ponad 45 lat muzykę pełną ekspresji, która łączy w sobie elementy rythm'n'bluesa, soul, funky i niektórych obszarów jazzu.
Założona przez braci Andrzeja i Mariana Malcherków w końcu 1979r. Na swym koncie ma tytuły laureatów z praktycznie wszystkich festiwali muzyki rockowej i bluesowej organizowanych w Polsce od 1983r.

Poza programem autorskim w repertuarze posiada także brawurowo wykonywane utwory J.Hendrix’a oraz Deep Purple w bluesowym sznycie w drugiej części koncertu ! 
Zespół używa oryginalnych organów Hammonda
na , których gra jako jedyna w Polsce, przedstawicielka płci pięknej Agnieszka Malcherek.
Aktywnie koncertowała jako zespól towarzyszący z Tadeuszem Nalepą. Zespól współpracował z Tadeuszem Nalepą od 1995 roku a 3 ostatnie lata przed śmiercią Nalepy artysta koncertował tylko z Free Blues Band i to z FBB zagrał ostatni
koncert w swoim zyciu 12 sierpnia 2006 roku w Trincu w Czechach.
Grali także z Taj Mahalem, Chrisem Farlowe ( Colosseum), Steve Morsem i Ianem Paice’m (Deep Purple). Dzielili scenę także ze Stanem Skibyim , Carlosem Johsonem  i wieloma polskimi wykonawcami bluesa.
Otwierali koncerty Deep Purple, Johna Scofielda, Johna Mayala, The Animals , Scott’a Hendersona oraz Johnnego Wintera I TM Stevens’a
