PLENUM hosts Cracow's Molám, on the first weekend of August — for a dinner with natural wine on Saturday evening & a signature breakfast, on Sunday morning

The PLENUM kitchen is being taken over by Tomek Muza — founder & head chef of Luktung and Molám Thai Canteen & Bar, the only Thai restaurant in Poland featured in the Michelin Guide, awarded the Bib Gourmand distinction in 2023, 2024 & 2025.
